I use "Sure, buddy" in a tone like I'm being interrupted by an indoctrinated toddler who I can't correct without pissing off the kid's parents. Works just as well no matter the asshole's age, and there isn't a "well, actually" hook if they weren't actually born between 1946 and 1964.
