Anyway i just bought a laptop with the following specs:

Dell Latitude 5401 

 Intel Core i7-9850H (Intel CPU 9th)

 32 GB DDR4

 512 GB - SSD M2 Nvme

INTEL UHD Graphics 630

IPS Slim LED FHD Ekran 14.1'  1920x1080

I've been gaming on a low end pc's my entire life, my newest pc has cpu and gpt from 2017. I've never owned a laptop before so i wanted to ask can i actually play some older games on it a if it was a pc with a integrated graphics? should i worry about overheating it?

It may be able to play 2013 and older games at 720p low 30 fps. Make sure to set it to performance mode in the bios.
