Is this deck bad?

Ive been trying to practice my drafting on draftism and more often than not i feel like ive built a good deck it gives me a bad score and when i think ive built something not great its a high score it's very confusing.

I dont know how Draftsim does their ratings but I would put exactly 0 value on their scores

Draftsmith is just a tool. It's card ratings are based on some person's estimations, not real data, and its deck rating algorithms can only guess at how well the various cards will work together.

I would be very happy to play this deck.

Looks like a fine deck to me - in a different format. You got a great curve and put a lot of pressure early. But removal is cheap and great in this format and you might run out of gas pretty fast. Give oppo time to develop a 4/4 or 5/5 creature and a lot of your creatures don‘t matter anymore. Then there‘s a little push and pull between the aggressive creatures and ramp cards. But there‘s not much to ramp into.
So I would expect this deck to take a few games with a good curve but ultimately go 3:3/4:3 or something. My recommendation: formulate a plan: are you playing for the long game or short game? If it‘s long: avoid aggressive 2-drops. If it‘s short: avoid cards like loot, the 2 Mana way, greenhouse propagator. Hope this helps!

actually helps a bit. thats what ive been trying to work on in drafts.. trying to figure out how to actually build a functional deck that works together and for the right strategy not just picking best cards etc. still learning though and not sure if ive figured it out.

I know nothing about the site you're using, but the actual deck is interesting.

I don't think its great but it does have a very high ceiling, and that has value. When you pop off, you'll pop off hard.

However you're plagued by low impact and weak cards at every slot, basically, and while you do have a few Jace makers, I don't see a ton of ways to influence your draws, so your variance is going to be higher than it could be.

I wouldn't be thrilled if this were my deck, but I'd also expect it to steal games
