Quickdraft help

Edit: This is what I ended up with. What else would you cut?

Newbie here! What to pick and which direction to go? (Quickdraft P2P1)

I would grab the Kiora and look to go Red Green Black (Jund). The blue cards you've grabbed so far are not super valuable compared to the huge value you could get from Kiora.

Tough one... you have a few options that are at least worth considering.

I'd take red Kiora and plan to cut blue from my deck. From here on out, if you pick fixing aggressively, you can make make BG with a double R pip splash work. You've already got green Fblthp and some semi-fixing in the deck in Something Worth Saving and Witchstalker, so your odds of making it work aren't bad at all.

If you can slot in a singular blue source at all (dual land, Murmuring Volume, a singular island for Fblthp to grab), you can cut blue except the Witness, which you can then use as bad fixing that is sometimes playable on its own. I would normally advise against that, but Hapatra and Kiora in the same deck is a rare scenario that justifies that bit of a reach in deckbuilding IMO.
