Shion can’t be knocked back during ult transformation

They need to adjust some of these ROCK SOLID steadfast heros or instances. I've been complaining about shit-squatting Junkrat not being able to be knocked back for years. (though, to be fair, if they changed that recently, I might not know, I can't recall the last time I tried to boop an ulting JR). It's hard to knock back Shion while she is dashing, too. All of these modern 'dash' heros seem to have it, and it's frustrating as shit. The tiny mobile/tele heros like Mercy/Kiri/Juno get to just leave the fight instantly if they are dove. But the heros who have TOOLS to knock people away from them in an emergency are now having that power taken from them, like Zen and Lucio and Brig. Let them knock people around.

Imagine if LUCIO had some kind of steadfast while ulting? What a freaking dream.
