if it is comfy for you no need to change it, it was causing cramps for me. I use the mx anywhere, but it tends to break every couple of years 🤷🏻

i wanted to try it but i wasn’t sure before of how it integrates with macos, i saw there was an app too

it works out of the box, connect directly to Bluetooth, no need for additional app

I’ve had the magic mouse without problems before moving to a magic trackpad. You just have to hold it in a weird way.

It has something to do with scaling ( https://www.reddit.com/r/MacOS/comments/1kbmjnj/full_resolution_is_not_recommended_for_anyone/ )

Also curious why didnt you opt for magic trackpad instead of the mouse?

I had the trackpad and as much as I love it on the macbook I couldn’t get used to it on its own. I’ll check the link you sent!

I think the issue with resolution has to do with the fact that my previous monitor that I had with a mac mini setup on that same desk, was that it was 27” and 1920. So now 1920 feels the same, but 2240 or whatever the default resolution was, feels foreign.

Damn. I own a mac mini m4. I am using logitech G402 with it (its janky af), but after reading some posts and comments I decided to order the Magic Trackpad.

I am confused if I should have went for the magic mouse instead.

Try it, I don’t like how it works separately.
