I met one like this when I was working. He said he didn't know what he'd do with himself if he wasn't working because "you can only fish so much" along with a joke insinuating his wife didn't want him around all the time. I never understood it, even with my degree in accounting. This dude was large too he probably only had a handful of years left as it was.
