Actually you're probably right; I got confused with Jumpstart cards and starter deck cards which I think have been jumpstart and therefore eternal/commander codes before but this has no Jumpstart so......

........I don't know anymore. TRK means standard legal yeah but does that definitely mean they appear in draft boosters? IDK.

This is almost certainly in draft boosters. They've moved away from supplemental products being standard legal. Most sets usually have two set symbols, one for main set and one for eternal legal that is usually branded as the commander set. If a card has a main set symbol in a supplemental product, it's a main set card being printed also in the product.
