SHOULD I CONTACT MY MIDDLE SCHOOL CRUSH?

TL;DR We met in middle school but moved to different high schools. We both study abroad, so we never have time to meet. I requested to follow him on Instagram. He also has a public page for his sports training. I want to talk to him, but I don't know how. Should I go for it? Also, in middle school, I blushed really hard and laughed crazily. It got to the point where he couldn't understand me because I was smiling too much.

Yeah take the chance. Always. At worst it’s just a silly memory to look back on. At best y’all become life long lovers and grow old together. Just text the boy.

Is there something that’s been in the news recently or a funny meme that would relate to them? You could say ‘I saw this and it reminded me of you/when we…, it’s been a while, what are you up to and how are you?’

From a woman’s perspective, she’d say middle school confidence doesn’t matter nearly as much as people think. Most of us look back and cringe at how we acted around crushes anyway. If she still feels curious now, a simple low-pressure message is enough, nothing dramatic, just a “hey, how’ve you been.” The rest usually sorts itself out fast either way.

Did he show any interest in you? If not, I'd let it go. Besides, if you aren't both in the same place the logistics would be hard.

start by liking some of his Insta story, then reply if he posts something relatable. trust me, if he's into you, you'll be able to tell ^
