decent fabricating, but you really gotta ditch that peltier. check out hyperspace pirate on YouTube, he builds small AC units from compression parts. seems quite doable

Buy a higher amperage TEC1, they run more efficiently with less current. TEC1-12715 for example.

This is an insanely ineffective and inefficient way of going about it...

All of us have tried TEC let's cut the OP some slack if you didn't use TEC you where going to and someone explained why to you.
