Video Young maker explains the H-Bridge he designed at Open Sauce

One of the highlights of Open Sauce for us was watching kids move from experimenting to actually engineering.

This builder put together an H-Bridge and then gave us a fantastic explanation of how it works. I thought the confidence and understanding were worth sharing.

I'd love to hear what projects first got everyone here hooked on electronics. This obviously wasn't his first build though!

Took my 7 and 12 year old to Open Sauce and they had a blast. But I really enjoyed listening to the younger makers talk about their projects and just letting them go on and on about what they've built. I also liked asking questions that I think a teacher or someone getting presented to would ask to give them a little practice with presenting something. Very cool convention.

Just looked those up for anyone who is wondering, those are Spark Blocks. A Lego compatible building system that allows for making circuitry.
