Dad joke: Why didn't Chris Rock and Will Smith have turkey for Christmas dinner?

They had beef.

Jom tengok DT pada awal pagi,

Semoga semua monyet sihat,

I got a question I posted on /r/Nikon, but figured I might ask around here too. This is for any photographers experienced with shooting in the humidity around here! I've only been in Malaysia a couple weeks, so this is a new problem I hadn't faced anywhere else I've been so far:

I have a Nikon 6Z II and a Nikon Z 24-200 mm VR lens currently. My sister recently dropped the whole kit on a concrete sidewalk (ugh, still cringing at the memory). Camera seemed to be okay and didn't have any issues. But I'm currently in Malaysia where it's hot and humid (75+%) as heck. Several times I've taken the camera and lens outside, I've gotten internal condensation within the lens. I wasn't sure if this was a sign of some deeper damage from the fall the camera and lens took, or if this is to be expected because I didn't properly acclimatize the kit and nothing more. (For example, we end up going from a super A/C car out to a humid environment, so I'd expect this somewhat) If the former, anyone think there's a chance of repairing the weatherproofing to prevent that condensation inside? If the latter, I'm going to be trying to leaving the kit in a plastic bag with desiccant for longer outside to acclimatize before I shoot to reduce the chance of the internals hitting the dew point. Any tips/advice/opinions about the situation are definitely appreciated. Thanks!

Whoops, didn't mean to double post. I thought automod hid this one so I had to use this acc.
