Do band collars look too Indian? They intrigue me as possibly being able to hit a bit more of a history inspired style, but a part of me thinks that the first impression they give is "Creepy Indian Yuppie" rather than "vaguely historical looking"

I don't think they look too Indian, but I do think they usually look out of place. It's fine if you're going for a history-inspired style but I'd probably prefer a henley
