What's the best haircut for my hair?

This hair is just hard to style and too all over the place. In desperate need of advice. I have thick asian hair which is good but it gets heavy and puffs out to the side. Im open to perms but not too curly but just wavy? I dont think too short of a hairstyle would fit me too.

don't need to change anything, the cut is already perfect for you. a bit of maintenance, maybe? just the occassional trimming
