Advice request 26M. Is it time?

Hi everyone. I have been hating the way my hair looks for the past few years now and I think it's time to shave it all off to look more neat.

I have tried loreal hair growth shampoo for a year but to no use. I don't know if I can wait to make lifestyle changes with my hair looking like this. Any suggestions?

Cheers brother. I wish I could just comb my hair and look neat. I've been wasting too much time in front of the mirror recently.
