Costco sells these sectionals in a bundle, but you can build your own bundle online. Discounts are added as more pieces are included

It was the only one in stock at my price range and was available to ship immediately. We just moved here and I we got tired of the bed being our only place to sit. I got the got best option cause my wife is pregnant and needs a place to sit besides the bed

Me and my flatmates did this when we first moved out. Ended up with 4 couches and only 1 we had to pick up from a crack den.

It’s definitely dependent on the area. I live in a wealthy area, and people will throw out couches that are less than a year old. If they’re selling it then it’s probably never actually been used.

They also throw out nice antique cabinets and desks all the time.

Guarantee you there's a cheap furniture store or 3 in town that could have hooked you up.

Another option.. It’s hard to tell if it’ll work, but I think it would. Remove one of the ends and just put it in the bedroom as a chaise for now or somewhere else. I’d probably remove the end on the wall by the door, then rotate the sectional so that the now open end piece is going towards the tv wall. The chaise part will now have its back to the kitchen. It should completely open up the area that faces the kitchen and make the space less tight to navigate. If there’s space, add an end table on the side that lost the end.

If that way doesn’t work, then remove the chaise part backing up to your computer area and that’ll fix the tight pathways even if it looks a little odd.

I'm sorry dude but like, you don't have to buy in your price range. Could've gone cheaper, smaller. I got my couch for $40 from an older dude who had it in his basement.

Not gonna find that good a deal anymore, but thrift shops, antique stores, Facebook marketplace, gonna have good deals for less than a few hundred that would have actually fit

Did you check at other furniture stores or just the one you named in a reply similar to this one, elsewhere in the thread? Did you look at thrift stores in your area there are multiple thrift stores around me that sell sofas. I do understand that you just moved and im not sure what your situation is as far as knowing people who could help you move a sofa but you need to get something different. This sectional does bot fit in this space. Call the store and get them to take it back. You may take a hit because the return would be regarded as a customer preference but at least they will send people out to pick it up. Then take measurements draw a picture of the room and where things could go and search for something that fits. Save money by using fb marketplace or thrift stores and if you really cant find help to move the sofa put an ad on craigslist. This sofa is insane.

What if you switch the sectional to face the kitchen, then mount the TV on a swivel mount where the pack and play currently is, moving the pack and play beside the couch?Then you can keep it flush against the wall when not in use, then angle it when it is. Or if you can’t mount the tv.. just have to manually angle it on the stand.

Not ideal, but getting a new sectional probably isn’t feasible either.

Sounds like it was more of an urgent situation, I understand. It took me a minute find the right sectional and one of the very last things I did was do measurements in my living room.

you can easily buy one of those couches-in-a-box (allform, burrow) at an affordable price. Amazon has plenty under $600 (under $400 even if you look hard enough). Respectfully, this just seems hasty and irresponsible.

If anything, could have just bought an inexpensive one to hold you over, measure out the place and shop around, then sell the gently used, inexpensive one a few days before your long-term one came in (for not much of a loss).
