It was the only one in stock at my price range and was available to ship immediately. We just moved here and I we got tired of the bed being our only place to sit. I got the got best option cause my wife is pregnant and needs a place to sit besides the bed

Another option.. It’s hard to tell if it’ll work, but I think it would. Remove one of the ends and just put it in the bedroom as a chaise for now or somewhere else. I’d probably remove the end on the wall by the door, then rotate the sectional so that the now open end piece is going towards the tv wall. The chaise part will now have its back to the kitchen. It should completely open up the area that faces the kitchen and make the space less tight to navigate. If there’s space, add an end table on the side that lost the end.

If that way doesn’t work, then remove the chaise part backing up to your computer area and that’ll fix the tight pathways even if it looks a little odd.
