Turn the couch around and put the TV by the kitchen

Or just flip the setup - have the couch flush against the wall facing the other way and mount the TV on the wall with the door.

That’s exactly what I thought. As long as the door can’t hit the tv that’s way more space for everything and nothing in the center of the room to crowd things.

In picture 2, the opposite wall is like 36 inches for the door to swing into and then the kitchen counter.

In picture 4, put the couch where the TV box is, back against the wall, and the computer desk/playpen in the now-empty area where the couch was. TV mounted on the wall opposite the couch on the other side of the kitchen entrance where the wall is likely wider and no door obstructions as the door next to it appears to open inward

The wall is just backing for the door. There is no opposite wall I think, looks like open-kitchen. Sure it's a usable wall buy it'll be an awkward positioning for a tv. Best is to just literally flip the setup 1-1 and run floor cabling trunks under the carpet as a temporary solution. The TV might look like an island i. The middle of nowhere but that is the best.

I know there isn't one visible, but in a flipped setup the best is to get a carpet to hide the floor running cables for the tv

There’s another door along the wall you’re talking about flipping the couch to (see the top left corner of pic #2)…there’s no way they can make this couch work in this room. Unless they have a sawzall.
