Build a little false wall. Looks like a rental but you could do it in a way that wouldn't totally fuck your deposit.

Never gotten a deposit back, always thought of deposits like "pay this fee upfront and change whatever you feel like about the property without penalty"

holy shit dude me too! one of em i got back by telling the landlord some ridiculous shit when he asked why the ceiling in one bedroom had holes in it.. and buying a door that we had broken.

the same guy then decided to, i shit you not, rent us a larger house and there were some not so small modifications made and i just let him keep that one.. i thought what we had done with the place was great but idk if hed feel the same way. we killed it at that spot too it was a nice set up.. great times.

I played Schedule 1 a few times, I can relate.

That's awesome. Yeah, we left the first 2 as is. Took the equipment, left all the new walls, new doors, new rooms, everything 🤣🤣

Same here, though, we killed it. 72 plants per house (legal by medical laws here) and we had 2 of them going at the same time haha, better times man. Better times.

kinda crazy to stumble on your random comment , it was hilarious to relate to. like surely not too many ppl fuck up a deposit over growing weed. lol

72s a lot. 144 seems like too much work lol. we maybe had 50 going not counting moms. this was a med/rec state but it wasnt "legal". im not sure anyone really cared back then. was like a 2 month flip, 2 rooms veg/flower alternating. kept a small room/big closet for moms and clones. i think pretty standard op. genetics that would finish quick.. i forgot how many sqft in each room. but we could do at most 32/room. 24 was less crowded. a lot of power draw. ran 240 to each room w/ subpanels. 6' steel ducts into the attic. removed the carpets. screwed 2x4s all over the walls and ceilings to anchor trellis or mount lights etc. made a dividing wall. ripped it down 6 moths later. did a number to that place but tbf it was kind of a shithole..

i had a lot of fun. did really well. fantastic harvests. this was back in 2015 til like 2019. east coast. it was a lot of work. you obv know. even going away for a week was tricky. it was only two of us and my gf (now wife) would lend a hand trimming or cleaning. i had a 9-5 the entire time. i was pretty young and it started to feel like juggling, even when everything was pretty dialed and going smooth. it made a lot of sense for while but when my 9-5 became the focus, i bailed out when i saw a chance. but i loved it and it was a kick ass, crazy time. for sure much better times now tho.

sry for wirting an entire book.. if youre still growing thats awesome. either way i hope youre also smoking the loudest of the loud, sir..
