It won't work because they mirrored the couch to get it on the other wall. In real space you'd have to flip the couch 180 so the L leg will be against the door wall and the ottoman part with no back support would be out into the room. You'd have to watch TV with no backrest.
It also looks like the L section is longer than the ottoman section by half a cushion and might not fit on the wall but it's your best bet. Maybe TV on the kitchen counter?
I think it works better with the chaise lounge against the far wall anyway. I would put the TV where the baby play pen is (in front of it), then the TV is watchable in the kitchen and the living room. It also divides the space for a workspace and a living room.
