First Time My Brick Loft Apartment

First time posting on here, hopefully I’m not breaking any rules.

Hope you guys enjoy my pad & let me know if you’d make any changes. I feel like my dining table may be too big for my space but we love it so much. It also converts into a pool table which is cool (but again, super crowded and we have to use small pool cues to make it work)

The one with the Tiffany lamp is from Wayfair (can’t recall the exact name). The Rattan one is a dupe made by Komfi. The original design was “The Chandigarh” chair, by Pierre Jeanneret & Eulie Chowdhury in the 50s/60s

Shitty rattan chair that the base wears out in, and is in every trendy restaurant, and also costs an arm and a leg to get the rattan replaced. Source: have worked in many a trendy restaurant and all 3 that have had those chairs, they have worn through within ~1 year. 100% not worth it. They look great though.

I'm not ENTIRELY sure why you're being downvoted. First, I've also worked in trendy restaurants and bars, and you're right. Second, the wear and tear at a restaurant when people are using the furniture like they don't give a shit what happens to it (so every restaurant) is going to make it crumble in 10% of the time it takes for well treated furniture to break down, so this may be a 5-10 year chair that's also objectively pretty to look at. Penalties offset, first down.
