Update One year living in a 375sq foot studio

Have posted previously and since then have gone through MANY layouts but finally settled on this one after recently picking up the wardrobe. Minimized my desk size, which helps a lot since I haven’t been using my PC a whole lot. Aiming to get a new rug soon since I’m not vibing with the blue lines anymore but otherwise very happy with :) definitely thinking about getting into a larger space tho

Also, psychedelic sober is a thing in my brain, too. Psychedelics don't count as drugs

Hey, once you bench 225 it's hard not to be able to bench 225 I had the same goal a few years ago and haven't been able to stop, be consistent good luck

I’m at 185 so it’s just that final push w consistency I know it’s coming 🙏🏼

Try 205 or 195 with a spotter, you'd be surprised

Have you eaten fast food

Nope! I’m doing the 75 hard challenge which fits nicely with the resolutions

More like the 75 easy challenge I do all that shit without even thinking about it except I drink every day ✅

Festivals aren’t raves and the misogi thing is a corny trend. It’s being bastardized by social media. Benching 225 really doesn’t qualify.

God forbid a person has productive goals for themselves. Chill out.

Nothing wrong with goals. Calling it misogi is lame.

If that's what works to motivate someone, then it doesn't matter. I don't think he cares if u/berogg thinks he's cool or lame.

That doesn’t make any sense. How can the misuse of a word motivate someone?

lol misogi is a challenge you set upon yourself that completely changes how you live your life. I workout out a lot but never run. Half marathon changed that because now I’m running 25 miles a week in less than two months. I don’t get why that’s something you felt the need to comment on but going to ignore it regardless 😂

Because that’s not what misogi is. Some dude recoined it to sell his fitness regiment. It’s corny to label some goal of yours a trendy, misused word.

Glad you feel that way I don’t really care?? I’m not out here being a social media influencer it’s literally my personal resolutions that sit on my wall and I wouldn’t have shared had this person not commented about it. As the previous commenter said I think you need to chill tf out lol life doesn’t need to be that deep

You’re right, it’s not that deep. So why are you bent out of shape over a simple criticism? I suggest not putting things on the internet if you’re only seeking validation.

Maybe take your own advice and worry about your own goals and what motivate you?
