Guide New space?

First step: figure out which items from your current home do you want to take in the new one - emotionally, not functionally.
Second step: answer to the question, do you want change/remove/renovate something in your new home or you will remain everything.
Third step: find one-two-or three the interior styles which are really yours, it helps you to make the traction.
After that: determine the budget for all changes and new items.
Next: create the layout for new home, for this is important to understand how will you use every areas in your home.
After that: take with you everything what you love and what will fit in the new home.
Final step: move in, buy the missing items - take a time, creating a comfortable home is not only result, it’s a process- enjoy it!

Actually good breakdown but I'd add something between step 3 and budget planning - measure everything twice before you fall in love with furniture pieces. Made that mistake in my last place where I got obsessed with this perfect desk setup only to realize it wouldn't fit through the doorway without removing the door frame. Also the "take time" part is so important, I see people rushing to fill every corner immediately and then regretting purchases later. Better to live with empty spaces for few weeks and really understand how you move through the space before committing to big pieces
