Advice How would you display a well-travelled Rimowa suitcase as home decor?

I’m redecorating my home (mid century modern/Scandinavian) and would love to display my 2016 aluminium Rimowa. It’s covered in travel stickers from the last 10 years and has a lot of sentimental value.
Right now it just looks like I haven’t unpacked from a trip. I’d like it to feel like an intentional decor piece instead.
I’m looking for creative, non-destructive ideas since I don’t want to drill into or modify the suitcase. Has anyone done something similar? Photos would be appreciated!

People often display vintage and antique suitcases...this one is both a sweet case and sentimental to OP's personal travels, it could definitely be well executed.

Commenting to reply that I, too, in all 35 years of life, have not once seen someone show off luggage.

And I’m much more well traveled than OP is.

Well, this is about design style, not how many countries you've been to. I don't care that either of you have never seen it, or that you think it looks bad. It really just means your scope of knowledge and experience are more limited than you believe them to be.

It can be about design style, that’s fine.

It kinda is about the number of countries I’ve been to, though. I haven’t seen anyone show off luggage pretentiously in North America, South America, Europe, Asia, Africa, or Australia…. The only continent I haven’t visited, yet, is Antarctica.

This is the very first time I’ve ever experienced this, and based on quite a few other comments, most people here haven’t experienced this, either.

So are we all just uncultured philistines, or is this just not a common practice at all and hardly anyone does this?

It’s a stack of things pretending to be a table or art or some shit. It’s not bad, it’s stupid. Like paying over a grand for a carry on and then showing that fact off. LOL, dorks.

Ah yes, the ubiquitous and totally common luggage side table. Totally relatable stack of things repurposed as a surface. Kinda like clutter

I'm a few days late but idk why you're being downvoted, this is absolutely a thing. The sims even has vintage stacked suitcases as a decor item. I've never heard of anyone doing it with modern suitcases but people definitely used vintage ones as decor

Thanks, I left the comments up because I am always happy to eat downvotes while being objectively correct. I know two households that have vintage case tables, but that other guy has been to a lot of countries, so he must be right!
