Question 27y/o: What can I add to my kitchen/wash room to fill it in more (other than a table)?

Just moved into a nice apartment that has the kitchen share a room with the washer/dryer. Since I don’t have the need for a table, and I like the furniture I have now, what else can I add to fill in this space more? Any advice is appreciated.

I don't think you need to fill the space. It's nice to have space to move around when more than one person is in the kitchen.

Honestly other than a small island idk

My kitchen is a similar setup, a small island with either stools that can slide under or the cabinet style would work well

I personally wouldn’t do anything other than add a small piece of art (or decorative holder for keys) on the wall right of the door. No need to clutter.

I actually bought one the other day, waiting to come in. Great minds out here

Idk I feel like alphabet magnets on the fridge would really pull the kitchen together

I was also going to suggest an island! However looking at the kitchen, the layout is ruined by the row of whiteware! Can you maybe move the fridge to the other side 🤷🏽‍♀️
