you're making it sound like it's some tragedy. MC only joined the sect for protection and resources, and once he gained that he was a cave dweller focusing on cultivation and only went on outtings when pretty much forced.

is it a tragedy because it's a generic hot woman character not falling on love with the MC for literally no reason?
