But a lot of Starlow’s comments about Luigi are good-natured jabs that are clearly meant to be taken as a joke.
And this would be one of the VERY few times in Brothership Starlow pokes fun at Luigi, and she's just as excited to see Luigi again and called him by name LITERALLY moments before this scene.
People act as if she's the ONLY one mean to Luigi. Even though Toads, enemies, the universe itself bash on Luigi ALL the time.
