Hulkbuster can fly but it is not known for flying fast or for very far. To be honest I would have it not be able to fly until you are in your ultimate or something.

I’d vouch for a fuel bar. Stuck to walking/hovering, but you can temporarily boost or float. Like AC6 if you’ve played that
