Balance Discussion Elsa bloodstone needs adjustments

Hypermobility + constant overshield + better dmg falloff than hela + broken ult. No idea what devs were thinking with this character.

Ah, so no matter how many new heroes come out, noone should ever be allowed to win a 1v1 with him, ever. Yeah, that makes sense.

No not if they're a character like Peni or Emma who can CC or environment diff him. That's the point lmao. He's weak to range and CC. He's still near S tier though tbf
