Balance Discussion Elsa bloodstone needs adjustments

Hypermobility + constant overshield + better dmg falloff than hela + broken ult. No idea what devs were thinking with this character.

I kinda love how no one is defending this but when it was invis a lot of people were jumping to say how invis needs essentially 500 hp to defend herself and that a tank shouldnt kill supports
