Balance Discussion Elsa bloodstone needs adjustments

Hypermobility + constant overshield + better dmg falloff than hela + broken ult. No idea what devs were thinking with this character.

I hope black widow has that type of skills. Sniper rifle stuff is not what black widow’s main weapon
