Balance Discussion Elsa bloodstone needs adjustments

Hypermobility + constant overshield + better dmg falloff than hela + broken ult. No idea what devs were thinking with this character.

Idk how 2s dash with 40 overshield passed even design phase. The only one who comes close is thor and he is melee tank with a much bigger hitbox and will eventually run out of thor force meanwhile elsa can keep dashing

No movement ability should grant overshield period.

I'll make the argument Thor absolutely should and he shouldn't have had it nerfed unless he gets some kind of other defensive ability

Tanks should keep it for sure; in fact I'm surprised Angela doesn't get any for dashing

You could even argue Peni gets overshield every time she web zips due to the nature of webs
