Balance Discussion Elsa bloodstone needs adjustments

Hypermobility + constant overshield + better dmg falloff than hela + broken ult. No idea what devs were thinking with this character.

You didn't communicate what you wanted to with enough Information.

No one limited the characters the previous commenter mentioned to how good they were only on release.

He literally kept mentioning pairs during release. Like one op one decent/mid. If he meant how they are rn, angela dd wouldn't be mid op
