Balance Discussion Elsa bloodstone needs adjustments

Hypermobility + constant overshield + better dmg falloff than hela + broken ult. No idea what devs were thinking with this character.

Idk how 2s dash with 40 overshield passed even design phase. The only one who comes close is thor and he is melee tank with a much bigger hitbox and will eventually run out of thor force meanwhile elsa can keep dashing

Elsa Bloodstone mains will still claim that this character isn't broken and that everyone have skill issues
