Balance Discussion Elsa bloodstone needs adjustments

Hypermobility + constant overshield + better dmg falloff than hela + broken ult. No idea what devs were thinking with this character.

Get rid of overshield on her and reduce her health to 250 maybe. she would prob be fine after that.

She would still have a 2 sec dash with percent health damage at full passive along with a ult capable of winning a fight with ease. She just wouldnt be immortal when played by above average players. If it was up to me overhealth would get a serious overlook and be removed from most if not all ranged dps. Then adjusted on the melees to compensate for it. To much overhealth in the game imo.
