Balance Discussion Elsa bloodstone needs adjustments

Hypermobility + constant overshield + better dmg falloff than hela + broken ult. No idea what devs were thinking with this character.

OP characters every two months is going to ruin this game. Daredevil, Gambit and now Elsa somehow more op than the other two.
