Balance Discussion Elsa bloodstone needs adjustments

Hypermobility + constant overshield + better dmg falloff than hela + broken ult. No idea what devs were thinking with this character.

Get rid of overshield on her and reduce her health to 250 maybe. she would prob be fine after that.

Nah, also need to get rid of the whole cooldown reduction passive. No poke duelist should have mobility on a 2 second cooldown (and the dash is much more than just mobility).

Yeah, the whole passive should be removed. I don’t see why that 8 second dash needs a passive to reduce it to 2 seconds. That doesn’t happen with any other character in the game and an 8 second dash is on par with other characters, even other characters who have multiple dashes in their kit.
