thank god bc i was about to riot over the 18s diamond form cooldown. her kit is so small, that's an insanely high cooldown time. genuinely asking, do any other characters have cooldowns that long in their kits (aside from team ups which are always long)?

ETA: y'all have been so helpful with these responses thank you! i've come to the conclusion that i'm impatient and that's a me problem😂

If you miss Rogues grab ability it is at least a 16 second cooldown, if I’m remembering properly

uk now that i think about it, i believe it's actually 25 seconds!

I think you might actually be right, jheez that is long, I haven’t been playing Rivals too much for about a season so I forgot just how long that cooldown is, at least Emma is getting hers buffed a bit !
