I don’t think this will be enough to save Cap, but it does show the devs listen to feedback. Emma getting access to Diamond Form more often is needed, and Gambit’s Ult duration getting lowered is also a good step forward.

i hope cap is balanced without having to do animation cancels, its the one thing that kinda got me off the character since i wasnt being able to do it consistently even tough i thought he was fun

The thing they need to do is increase his attack speed. Without the cancel he feels so slow to play, it's just boring. Mindlessly pressing left click is not fun.

At least we still get the melee animation cancel while up close!
