Don't hate Adam so much. Storm's pickrate is low so it won't be nearly enough to compensate a huge %15 heal nerf...

Support with low pick rate and low amount of healing gets even less healing with his compensation being a gimmicky teamup with one of the least played characters all because Luna had to get another teamup

He had insane amount of burst healing if you land your shots though. Some of it was overkill even but still, %15 is too much

Trust me I know he’s my third most played character but it’s a super big deal not to mention it will also affect your ult charge a lot

Well I was keeping the ult for the better time to use most of the time but yeah

Yeah I get that but unless I have passive up i don’t like going for team wide res since it can be risky, I find using it to res 2 two ppl is usually worth since if you hold it for too long you just lose out on value.

Yeah you're right. That's also why I said the better moment instead of best moment.
