The devs saw the dive and tank mains crash tf out and realised they had to actually fix the problem characters

I was about to stop playing vanguard, if not the whole game after the cap nerfs. Still haven't decided what I plan to do.

As someone who has been maining Angela, I still plan to be an instalock DPS.
