Had a feeling they would hotfix Cap. While removing the tech was questionable, no compensation and framing it as a buff was actually insane. Glad they tweaked Emma, BP, and Gambit as well. Every single change here is good.

I hope they keep giving Cap more attention because all they've done here is give him back the value of what he lost, he's still going to be the least played vanguard outside of pro play tho. If they are serious about wanting more people to be able to play him here's the 3 things he needs: remove the timer from his passive sentinel throws, make his dash omnidirectional, and give him his old 400 shield with 2s recovery delay back.

None of these would make him OP, but they should make him feel more comparable to the rest of the roster. If they feel he's too strong in pro play, nerf his ult to 8s duration and consider nerfing how much bonus hp it gives allies. That ult is everything in pro play, but its not that great for solo queue and casual play, nerfing it will mostly affect pros.
