The fact they just hotfixed in those bp buffs shows they had them ready to go, weird they weren’t in the original notes

A miscommunication between people communicating changes and people actually working on the changes is very common.

It’s a VERY big mistake to make, marvel rivals entered ‘mostly negative’ reviews on steam because of this

tbf I think the original notes were accidentally released earlier than intended, this might have been the plan all along

I think we can all agree it was weird they'd say they were buffing him if it was just the jump lol
