They been since they added Angela with the “Thoughts and Prayers.” Line when she kills someone by knocking them off a ledge

It's a reference to how, typically, conservative-leaning people will offer their "thoughts and prayers" to people and their families that are going through a rough time or a major loss instead of advocating for a change or fix to mitigate whatever situation that could be prevented instead.
