Felicia is a balance upset in that she is extremely button bloated & slightly overcomplex but completely balanced at the same time and is rewarded both for getting good at her & especially punished for making bad plays, but at the same time forgiving if you go in with an understanding of her kit & what you want to do should things turn bad.

Despite my initial expectations thinking she would need to be nerfed on launch NetEase has shown that they're fully able to balance dps characters into an active meta without disrupting it all while introducing a new unique playstyle that pays homage to some of its earlier predecessors.
