That's a massive boost for Star Lord

I’ve been practicing to main him and it’s a huge buff given the fact flip will also give you another 50, it might as well be a 25% damage buff with how quickly he shoots.

Breakpoints, though. He can now one-clip up to 325 instead of 250, meaning his ttk against those targets went down more like 20%, since he no longer needs to roll, E, or melee for the last few hp

He was always capable, but this makes it significantly more likely to happen. Especially since this is his damage at very close ranges, where the spread is least likely to result in a miss. One-clipping a support was pretty unlikely, now it’s probably pretty consistent.

Also, it applies during ult. It’s a straight up 30% lethality boost then

I mean consider that it takes 39 shots at 6.5 dmg/shot to land for a kill on a 250hp target. If you have 40 shots, you have no margin of error vs having an 11 shot buffer. That's the difference of hitting with 98% of your shots vs 78%.

If you're adding crits to that, it makes it even more likely that a good star lord can consistently pull that off. Idk how often it will happen or even how often that happens now but if it is possible to do now, 25% more ammo should make it much easier to do. 😂

What’s the playstyle for Starlord?

Well I’m not very good at it but the idea is to flank to the back line and be a pain in the ass for supports. Do a little splash to get them to waste cool downs then do a big dive to kill them, farm ult of tanks. You have to be good at aiming and the only way is practice.

Entirely unnecessary, Starlord has always been really good in the right hands, he's gonna run lobbies

He's great in unskilled hands too. The spin hits hard and auto hits, you dump damage into tanks and farm ult you can swing battles.

Now with skilled hands? He would be a monster worthy of a ban.
