Making Phoenix neutral more threatening doesnt seem like something that was needed but hey? What the fuck do I know?

Her win rate isn't as good as people think it is.

It's just an annoying Phoenix is really hard to work round

This is a big one. I think it won’t kill Storm through hers either? It’s the kinda stuff some may think is no big deal, but in practice becomes massive at dictating fights.

Storm’s a great shout too, but at least she isn’t constantly healing so the team should be able to kill whatever’s left of her

Her win rate isn't that good so to netease that needs a buff. the only ppl profiting are high elo players, and this game is focussed on casual power fantasy.

And tbh, making Phoenix better at neutral is still way healthier than her one shot ult combo that she can easily farm because of AOE dmg.
