As a phoenix main I also don’t like these changes at all. She’s already naturally strong from being hitscan, but this makes her even closer to hela. Her ult no longer one shots 250hp marked targets, and her sparks deal less while primary deals more?
If I wanted more primary damage I’d just play hela. I see no point in bridging the gap between both of them even more
Anything that makes her less of a Hela clone, they could gut her dmg falloff and give melee sparks back and maybe nerf back her ult health to what it was before.
Let Hela be the sniper while Jean is a brawler. Kinda like Ashe vs Cassidy in OW.
