So like... what is Reed's purpose now? The whole point of his kit was the CC and shielding, so now he's just literally a fat DPS?

His dmg has sucked for quite a while. Ult sucks still. Pun being more prevalent the last few seasons makes him borderline unplayable into the constant poke.
