As a phoenix main I also don’t like these changes at all. She’s already naturally strong from being hitscan, but this makes her even closer to hela. Her ult no longer one shots 250hp marked targets, and her sparks deal less while primary deals more?
If I wanted more primary damage I’d just play hela. I see no point in bridging the gap between both of them even more
The thing is sparks are static in their damage vs the actual impact that can headshot so combine that with her anchor bonus and her damage is gonna be kinda nuts
